David J. Marne, P.E. provided NESC and OSHA Power and Communication Worker training for approximately 250 training sessions during his career at Marne and Associates, Inc. Mr. Marne is now semi-retired.

Marne and Associates, Inc. has partnered with ikeGPS (IKE) and IKE will be leading Marne and Associates Inc.'s training business. As part of this, IKE will be managing Marne and Associates Inc.'s NESC and OSHA training curriculum, which includes material published in McGraw Hill's National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) 2023 Handbook. As such, IKE will be handling all new bookings for NESC training.
