Please note:

I am no longer taking on new Expert Witness cases.  I am focusing on writing McGraw Hill's National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) 2023 Handbook and presenting my NESC classes and OSHA power and communication worker classes.

I am referring all of my new cases to my associate, John A. Palmer, Ph.D., P.E., C.F.E.I. of Palmer Engineering & Forensics, LLC. Visit Dr. Palmer's website at pe4n6.com.
