David J. Marne
David J. Marne, P.E. is a registered professional electrical engineer. Mr. Marne is the author of McGraw-Hill's National Electrical Safety Code® (NESC®) Handbook and is a nationally recognized speaker on the NESC®. He serves on NESC® Subcommittee 4 Overhead Lines Clearances, Subcommittee 7 Underground Lines, and the Interpretations Subcommittee. Dave founded Marne and Associates, Inc. in 2005.

Patricia Marne is an educator with 32 years of classroom experience. Patty has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Education in Educational Technology. Patty is Vice-President and Office Manager for Marne and Associates, Inc. Patty joined Marne and Associates in 2016.
